Specifically, which area of North Shore? Out by Cane Bay? or more east towards C'std? Pets? Smoker? Single or Family? Did you have a price in mind?

More Cane bay area. tired of living in C'sted. Smoker yes, single, no pets around $900

You might want to go hang out at Full Moon Beach Bar, meet some of the north shore locals, or Lobster Reef. Alot of the folks that hang out there live in the Cane Bay area and might know of something (not advertised). Word of mouth has always been the best way to discover something (anything) in my opinion.
