If you are still looking there are usually 1BR condos where I live in Princesse, if it would meet your standards. It doesn't really meet mine except that it is pet friendly & has a pool. Noisy, postage stamp bathroom & kitchen... Let me know if you need to know more or if you see someplace I might like better.
