Looking for place to rent in STT

Hi, my name is Michelle and I just moved out here to St. Thomas and am working near Smith Bay. I'm looking for a rental (any amount of rooms...studio, 1 bedroom, etc.) that has utilities included in the rent as I will be footing the rental myself until my husband moves out here next year. I have a small, 5 lb dog that is very well behaved, doesn't bark, doesn't chew, and sleeps during the day when I am away. He is also crated when I'm gone so that he doesn't wander around. He's never gotten into anything at all and is a very friendly little guy. If anyone has anything available, please write me back and let me know. I'm looking for something on the Northside of the island or even something close to work...whichever, it really doesn't matter to me. Thank you for your time.
