Professional couple looking for house, villa or large condo, would like to have a pool or easy access to pool/beach. We wish to rent long term and would also consider a lease/option. We have a villa at Pineapple Beach, close to the east end of STT near Red Hook. We are currently renovating our villa and expect to be finished in June. It is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that can be rented as a whole or split into studio apartments. Considering the fact that our villa is being renovated I do not have any pictures to post at this time. Our unit is facing the swimming pool.
