Looking for rental on Northside STT

Moving back to STT from STX. Mature couple - no kids - quiet and OCD clean. Have on-island personal and professional references. Two lazy indoor house cats and all our own tings.

Looking for unfurnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the $800-$1000 range OR a 2bd 2bt for more but we will have a friend as roommate in the 2/2 situation so would need room for three cars. Not expecting anything to be included on either. Have lived in the VI for 5 years.

Ideally house would have a generator OR a transfer switch so we can use ours during hurricane rebuilding process but were flexible and can make it work in any case. My only must have, is a washer & dryer OR the possibility for us to buy a set and have it installed on the rental.
