Looking for someone to POSSIBLY Sublet - STJ

I'm about to rent an apartment but won't be able to actually be able to be down there until October.

Looking for someone to sublet a furnished 2 bdrm apt. On the Centerline, close to town on Supreme Corner.

I have not yet committed to this apartment yet. My friend is going to look at it and give me the details. I will only need someone to sublet for the months of AUGUST and SEPTEMBER. Utilities are divided amongst other tenants I believe. I can negotiate the cost of rent possibly.

I plan on arriving in October and will need both spaces, so I will not be needing a roommate for the time being.

This is not a for sure thing but I will update after I have more details in the next few days.
