Hello! I am a 30 year old female, moving to STJ on Dec. 1st. I am looking for a studio/room to rent/roommates. I already have a job in the Cruz Bay area so preferably walking distance. I like to go out and have fun but don't want the 24/7 party house. Can be short or long term. Let me know if you have anything available, or if you would like to look together. Thanks!

We have a friend staying temporarily with us who has a job in Cruz Bay as well. He is also 30 and cleans up after himself, will help with dishes, laundry, etc. He is currently looking for a room or roommate.
