hello my name is nicole moving down to st thomas on feb 9 looking for a studio apt or 1 bed room i have a paypal account and a credit card will send you payment looking for long term or short term lease good refrences i live in jacksonville,fl currently please if anyone have anything availble for 700 or less a month please reply thank you:S

Nanton06, I know nothing about this or any of the apartments listed. But, until you see a place in person, it is unwise to send money. Apartments here are usually in peoples homes and vary greatly. Location is also a factor. You really need to see a space and where it is located before committing $$ you are not able to get back.
Your best bet is to make temporary housing arrangements, come down and look around, and then lease something for the long term.
