Looking for STX 2 bdrm House/Apt long-term rental with fenced in yard

Hi,
I am temporarily staying in Frederiksted and am looking for a furnished/unfurnished long term rental west or east of Christiansted near a good swimming beach and not on a main road. I have pets - a medium sized dog and a cat so I am looking for a fenced in yard and a safe area where I can walk my dog late at night if need be. I also work from home so I will need a good internet connection and cell service at home.

Here is what I'm looking for ideally but I'm flexible:

Fenced in yard
Balcony (optional)
On side road
Near swimming beach
Pretty area - grass, trees, flowers
Takes pets
Has appliances
Cable/Internet
Cell service
Good for walking dog on the block at all times of day and night
Safe
2 bedroom plus
On a hill with a good view
Gets a good breeze so AC wouldn't be needed that much
