[Solved] LOOKING TO BUY A CONDO EAST END

Hello! I have been coming to St Croix for 25 years. We love the Island. We had purchased 2 lots in Green Cay it was our dream to build a home. Life makes you go in different directions unfortunately  my husband has become ill. We have put the house building on the back burner for now. We spent the month of January 2022 on Island. We had a great time. We looked into buying a condo twice on the East End twice with no luck.Condo's sell very quickly Within hours or a day.I would like a 1 or 2 or 3 bedroom on the East End either at Coakley Bay,  The Reef,Southgate farm,Villa Madeline or Masion De Poincy.
