Hello,
I would like to rent a condo at The Reef on STX for a month. Ideally June 18th for one month for a family of 3. I have stayed on island a few times, but have noticed all the management fees, VRBO fees etc...have increased quite a bit this year. I am looking to save a little money, if you are willing to rent to me directly.
