Maintenance Job - Includes Apartment

Twelve unit apartment complex. Looking for someone to live on property, be available for emergencies, do light remodeling and apartment turnovers. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing, general all around repair and possibly grounds keeping. Can include housekeeping and / or other duties for spouse, if interested.

Background check, credit check, references and drug free a must!

Do you happen to have a need for a manager or assistant at this time?. I have over 4 years in property management in homes. I will be moving to St Thomas in mid December. Please let me know.

I am interested in your job opening, I am a Dive Instructor on the island now but with the slow economy I not staying to busy. I am looking to cut my living expenses and sup lament my income.
I was a General Contractor in Colorado for the last 20 years and have extensive knowledge in the building industry.
