Hello,

We're subletting out our master bedroom at the Pelican Cove Condos for $1000 per month. It's a 3 bedroom 3 bath with a washer & dryer and ample parking in a safe and secure location. You'll be moving in with two mid twenty males who are clean, quiet and very busy at their respective jobs (VI national guard and Homeland Security). They are both great friends and roommates, but my girlfriend and I are looking to move into a one bedroom closer to work.

The master bedroom is giant. It opens up to a huge balcony that extends across the entire unit and overlooks the ocean. The bathroom is also very spacious with two sinks, a hot tub separated from the shower, and a bidet (yes, a bidet).

The exterior is very well maintained and has the second biggest pool on the island (so I'm told). The pool is very big and has an outdoor bar next to it with a couple grills--ideal for entertaining friends and family. The beach adjacent to the pool has rocky water but the Palms Hotel next door has a nice beach and is very convenient to grab a bite or a drink.

We felt like we had this place at a steal for $1000 a month.

Please email me at [email protected] for pictures if you are interested and I will respond promptly. We can also schedule a time for you to look at the place--preferably when both roommates are home so you can ascertain whether it will be a good fit. I'm sure it will be as both are very easygoing.

Thanks,

Rishi

This room is still available. Recently had a new dishwasher + kitchen sink installed and all the couch cushions were re-upholstered in February. Unit has a nice flat screen TV and is very spacious.
