We plan to relocate to STX early/mid July. We're looking for a 3 bedroom unit for a long term rental at Mill Harbor(or nearby). Yr rental would be great but if 6months was the only option, we'd work with that. My husband will be working less than 1/2 mile from Mill Harbor so we'd like to stay in that area since he will be on call 24/7(property maintenance superintendent). Thanks for any help/input!

I have a friend who has a 3bd that she uses for short term rentals, but may be interested. I reached out to her; you can view her property at HomeAway.com, Property #345859. She said she will work with you so that you get a rate apropriate for a year lease. I'm sure there are others too; just check with any of the realtors that do rentals.

Your friend must be Karen! I actually contacted her a few weeks ago. My husband is meeting with her in a few weeks. He's coming down March 15-April 12 to supervise a project at his work and set some things up for our move this summer. Thanks for your help.

That would be correct. 🙂 We used to be neighbors (we were in a neighboring 3bd unit, on a short term rental).
