Bright and airy 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is on the waterfront in St Croix, USVI. The unit is located on the second floor just six steps from ground level. The gated complex is centrally located 1 mile west of Christiansted. Although the unit does not have a sea view, the gallery (balcony) does face a tranquil lagoon.
The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest room contains twin beds that can be put together to form a king sized bed. The second bathroom is a full bath with a walk in shower.
This apartment is fully furnished including linen, towels, dishes, tableware, pots, pans, radio and televisions. The two bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Beach, pool, restaurant and laundry are located on the premises. Cable TV including HBO channels is included. High-speed wireless Internet is available for an additional fee. Utilities, electric and water, are on but are not included in the rent. First and last months rent required. No pets sorry.
