Does anyone do month to month rentals on apartments or houses? I'm looking to rent a 2 bedroom for the month of July.

July is a slower month, so there are probably quite a few rentals sitting vacant. The problem is making the right connection. If you find one, make an offer. We once rented a nice stx condo for two months. The cost was $1000 a month including electric and that was during a busier time..

I have a two bedroom condo that i would share with you, it has a huge sleeping porch that we could set up as a bedroom, fully furnished, on the beach, pool, bar, restaurant, tennis, tv, internet.
