Looking to purchase a mooring and/or dinghy in St Croix. Our boat draws 6 ft.

I have an almost brand new 12' Achilles soft bottom dinghy with a 15hp Yamaha, also 2 months old. The engine and boat have about 6 hours on them if that. Paid $6200 in January but will take $4000 obo now. Comes with foot pump, electric pump, removable swim ladder and engine lock.
