We are selling our boat and have a mooring for sale. It's located near the beach on the west side of the SCYC T-dock. It was originally installed April 2010. Some of the hardware included is; 2 6' x 10" sand screws, 25' long link 1/2" chain and 2 25' 3/4" rope. If you need an inexpensive place to park your boat, email me at [email protected]. asking $600 OBO.

Be sure to let the buyers know that they will have to apply for mooring permit, as what they are getting is the ground tackle.
The permit is not transferable unless to family( son, daughter,brother etc.)
