Moving back to STJ

my husband and I lived on stj for a year from 1998-1999 and are tossing around the idea of moving back for a bit....we thought that while our girls our young why not....what are rentals looking like in Cruz Bay these days. We lived up on Contant when we were there before and the walk up the hill wasn't bad, but with two kids we might need something different.

thoughts anyone?
