I am moving to St. Thomas for the summer and am looking for a furnished 1 bedroom or studio. Not bringing pets, but would like A/C, W/D, etc. I would like something closer to Charlotte but not in it. Do not really want to be in Red Hook area. Need WiFi as I am a grad. student at Texas State University-San Marcos and have to take the first session of summer school. I will be arriving around May 19 and want to lease through August 15. Am willing to begin leasing on May 1, if necessary. Pictures are a must before I send a deposit.

At the moment I have a studio that may suit your needs (furnished, wifi, satellite TV, AC). PM for more details.
