I made my PMV in October, but nothing is available any longer. I am moving there on Jan 15th and I have not been able to find anything yet. I am looking for someone that needs a roommate or a rental that allows pets and is going to be available on January 15th. I would like to stay around the range of 1000-1500 a month, but I can be flexible. Anyone that can help or knows someone that can, please contact me. I am running out of time on my end and I am starting to get a little stressed out. You can PM me or email me at Forbana@Mac.com or call at 210.748.2363

Looking in St John. I am employed (Software Engineer) so no worries about me having to look for a job there. Already have one

Sorry I can't help except with advice. Call one of the less expensive places on STJ, maybe Samuels Cottages, and make a reservation for a week. Come down and network constantly until you find a permanent place. You should probably make arrangements to leave the pets behind with family or friends until you get settled.

I'm sure this is not what you want to hear.

Good luck.

May have a furnished 1 BR appartment in STT in Frenchmans bay, around $1050/mo. including water/Electric/Cable & off street parking.
My Tenants lease is up, we`ll see if he renews.
I might not know until the 16th.
Keep your eyes open though!
What kind/size of pet do you have?
