Hi - We as well will be arriving at the end of Sept . and are looking for a 2 bedroom place to rent on the north side . No kids , No pets, just my husband and self. Would like to look at the water if possible. Thanks for all of your help

I looked at the pictures, what is the rental price , and how long is the lease?

Price is $1800/month and the owner would like a 6 month or one year lease.
