We're looking for a private, dog friendly, mid-island studio or 1bedroom in a good neighborhood with washer/dryer, backup generator, garbage pickup, monthly pest control, filtered water, and lawn care included. Must have excellent cell reception and high-speed internet access. We take care of our home like it was our own and pay our rent on time.
