OK I am getting desperate... I need to be out of my house on STT Wednesday due to the owners' choice to sell the house. I still haven't found a place to live. I am willing to spend up to $1000 and I cannot sign a lease. I am willing to hear about any 1bdrms, lease or not, because I am willing to pay more than the asking price in negotiation for month-to-month.
