Need 1 bed or Large Studio east end of STT 4/1

Hello out there!!
My name is Jamie and I'm a 40 year old, solidly employed, reliable individual looking for a large studio or one bed on the east end of St. Thomas within walking/cab distance of Red hook. I live at Point Pleasant right now and would rather not live too much further out if that gives you an idea. My deal is this....I am currently Stateside until April 17th (NYC) and am hoping to get the ball rolling on something prior to my return. As I mentioned, I live in Point Pleasant with roommates that I love, but I need a quieter and more secure living environment. I am hoping for a nice, quiet place to call my own. I have on-island references and good credit, I do not smoke, do drugs of any sort and do not drink to excess. No pets either. My ideal situation would be somewhere in Sapphire (Crystal Cove) or the Vessup area by the Montessori school towards Secret Harbor/Elysian. My price range is up to $950 +/- INCLUDING utilities or $750 to $850 (+/-) without utilities. For the record I don't use AC and I'm hoping for laundry facilities and decent internet service. I suppose I need it furnished but will consider unfurnished as well for the right place/price.
