Well, it looks as if most of the properties we were planning to see on our PMV next week are not going to pan out. So, if anyone knows of a house that might work for us, I would GREATLY appreciate a PM. We will be permanently on island in January, and we will need to sign a lease while we're there next week. We're looking for:
minimum 3 bedrooms (preferably 4 or more)
minimum 2 baths (preferably 3 or more)
an apartment included that does NOT have a tenant in it
pet friendly (we have 2 small dogs and a cat - all fixed and housebroken)
A/C
pool
furnished (at least partially)
East End or Judith's Fancy area
If you have anything similar to this, please contact me. Let me know if I've left anything out!

The house we found fell through due to a completely flaky owner, so now we're getting desperate. Husband will be leaving the island tomorrow afternoon and we MUST sign a lease before he leaves! Please see above needs and allow me to add that the house must be updated and East or North, but not West. If you can rent us a house like this, please call (614) 208-1043 ASAP.
