My husband and I will be transferring to the island in July. My husband is in the Coast guard so we will be moving there for 2 years. We are looking for place to rent. We do have a dog (chocolate lab) and a cat. The CG will give us up to $2300/month for rent so that is our limit. We also have a 3 yr old little boy with a potential 2nd child on the way. Here is what we are looking for:
3bdr/2bath on the north side.
Preferably unfurnished
Either has terminix contracted already or will allow us to hire terminix for the property out of our pocket
Either has satellite & internet or will allow installation of both
W/D, stove, and fridge
If it is a condo/duplex/apartment preferably on the bottom floor
Of course we will take 2 bdr as well. We really aren't that picky. Just want to find a nice place to call home for the next 2 years. If you know of anything or of anyone that has anything and would be willing to hold for a guaranteed 2 yr lease starting July please PM me or email me. [email protected]
