We have a 1 bed/1.5 bath loft condo on the EAst End at The Reef. It is a gated golf course community with a beach, pool, tennis courts, restaurant, and deli. It is furnished with new appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. No pets or smoking allowed. The rent is $1500 plus utilities.

sorry too expensive for me

I know of a few 1-BDR condos near Judith's Fancy that rent for $950 per month and include some of the utilities. Power is paid by the tenant. They come furnished. If you are interested I can put you in touch with the local landlord and maybe get some pics to you within a few days.
