I am a travel nurse and need to move to a new place by Dec.12,2008. I am looking for a mid-island place or closer to the east end of STX. I need at least a 6 month lease to start with.I need a place that is a 1 br , fully furnished with laundry on premisis. I would prefer a ocean view with internet service( or able to hook up internet service), if utilites are included it would be even better:-)! I would consider something closer to the West end but it would have to be perfect with all utilities included and ocean view as well as possible 2 br.
Please respond ASAP! I am short on time and need something soon!

Tony,
I have an adorable cottage for rent. One bedroom and an additional sleeping loft for guest...fully funished., gas stove...land line ready, DSL ready. Generator and laundry on premises...You pay for utilities, but I carry the accts., so there are no hook up charges, except for DSL. Georgeous pastoral sea views, quiet, in a compound...Owner on premises. I want first and last, a security and a 1 year lease.$1,500/mo
This is a breezy place, high altitude, very quiet. I am a nurse also. Fifteen minute drive to the hospital..Call 340-643-4431. Patricia.

I will have a large 1-BDR condo available about that time. Current tenants expect to depart by December 15th. They might be out slightly sooner, but am not positive yet. Great view and breeze and laundry in the unit. Rent is $1500 per month plus utilities. Wired for broadband internet. Cable tv, exterminating, mailbox & water are all included. Gated community in a good area. Not far from hospital and many nurses live in this complex.

I also have a few 2-BDR, 2-BTH condos available for a slightly higher rent. These could be a great deal if you came up with a roommate.

Hello Tony - I probably have the perfect place for you but is there any flexibility on your timing? Look at my ad down the page a few spots about the ocean view condo at St. C. It is a PREMO unit I just finished renovating and decorating top flight. It has all the things you want I believe. My girlfriend and I are closing on a house on December 10th. I wanted to rent the condo out starting Jan. 15th but I could conceivable move in with her sooner. How about you call me and we talk about this??
