Hello! I am a student relocating to St. Thomas in August to begin a master's program. My boyfriend will be relocating with me but even with him working and my graduate student stipend, we will have a tight budget. I would like to find a 6month or 12 month lease starting in August.
Ideally, this rental will be:
- close to the university and town
- a 1br appt. or studio
- no more than $1000 a month - though less ($500 - $900) would be better
We are quiet, responsible tenets with no pets. We can provide references if needed. Please send me a message! I intend on coming down prior to school starting so I could see the place.
