Hi,
I am thinking of buying a property in Wintberg and would appreciate all the info and advice people can give me on the area. Does any one know the range of price a half acre of vacant land goes for in Wintberg? Or price ranges on houses? Also the house need major repairs, how do construction costs compare with the states (I'm from Philly)?
