I know this is pretty far in advance but my lease is up in April and I will need to move myself and my boyfriend into a pet friendly house at the end of March to early April. Since my boyfriend is opening his Jet Ski company at Rainbow Beach in Frederiksted, we will need something mid-island (to save me the drive to Christiansted) to Frederiksted with a yard for our professionally trained dog. We only need 2 bedrooms (1 if the rest of the place is large). I have no problem signing a year lease and want something for $1,000 or less. Please let me know if you have anything for that time period or know of something that might come up.
