I moved to the island and I am looking for a monthly rental car. I am living in Frederiksted at the moment.

Contact all the rental car companies and get a price from them. You can find a listing of them in the VI phone book online at www.viphonebook.com. If you're looking for a private owner to rent to you, that's a VERY long shot due to liability issues.
