I am looking for a rental by Jan 12th in St John. I would also consider a short term rental that will give me time to find a place. I am a professional male that is very clean and dependable. No parties, etc..... Would prefer to find something where electric was included, if possible. Also, I am planning on not having a car for the first few weeks down (want to actually look and not buy on a whim), so being close to bus line would be a big benefit.

I have a studio right above sapphire beach. You can walk to the beaches as well as catch the safari bus . We would be looking for a one year lease.
