My husband and I are moving to the island and need a rental starting the last week of November (after Thanksgiving). We have two small Shih Tzu dogs that do not shed or chew on anything. They are less than 15 pounds each. We will consider all types of rentals: short and long term. Preferably, we would like a house rental with a yard but are open to condos and apartments. Would like to spend as low as possible (of course) but please send me a PM with anything you have open.

The areas we are looking at are near the hospital or the East End; probably not as far east as the yacht club though since we will be working at the hospital. We are also very handy and have done many construction and remodeling projects on our past three homes. If a reduced rent can come from a few remodeling projects like painting, tile, flooring, fencing, ect. , please PM me.

Thanks,
Theresa

I have a one bedroom available as well as a 1 and 1/2 bedroom available. We accept pets, given they are quiet and well behaved as these apartments are in our private home. We are on the east end right by sapphire beach.

The one bedroom rents for 1250 and the 1 and 1/2 bedroom rents for 1500.

Long term lease only

first, last and security required.
