Hello again everyone,
We are arriving St. Thomas on 3/3/08 and will be immediately looking for at least a 1 yr. lease.
We are hoping to find a nice partially furnished 1 bdrm with reasonable price for at least a years lease. I am a carpenter and can keep a place up as well as yard work and landscaping. My girlfriend and I do own a 3 year old 55 lb. German Shepard who is housebroken and well-trained which I hope will not be a major problem. I will also be talking to Realtors and whoever else might be able to help locate a rental for us. Message us if you have anything open or know of anything.
