I have a 2br. on the northside between four corners and the great house. Rent is $600 a person a month, everything included. Laundry is right outside the front door. The apartment is in a very quiet safe neighborhood. There is an amazing view of inner and outer brass from a pretty large porch and living room.
I'm a student at UVI, very easy going and quiet. I have a medium size dog, who is still getting house trained, but she's very sweet. I am a smoker, but can always go outside.
I'm not picky, I just want a room mate that can pay the rent on time and be respectful.
