I am a UVI student and freelance writer and will be moving off campus as of April 1 (I just can't take the conditions here anymore--need something cleaner). I need something as inexpensive as possible, close to public transportation, since I don't drive. Non-smoker, no kids, no pets--biggest risk to your property is my cooking, which is a little iffy at times. 😉 Can anyone help me out?

Still looking for a place--Leticia's place in Calquohoun would have been perfect if it had been closer to where the taxis run, since Vitran is so unreliable, and by the time I decided I could work with it anyway, it was already rented. I don't need anything big or fancy--just a bathroom, a place to cook, and a place to sleep. If anyone hears of a property in the under-550 range, or a roommate situation where I'd come out paying 500 or less (not willing to put out quite as much money to share a place), please let me know. I know that's on the low end, but like I said, I'm a college student--it's what I can afford.

I'm looking in the Avis, and there are a lot of 2 bedrooms in the 600-750 range. There's even a 3-bedroom for 850. Split up, one person per bedroom, that would be super cheap--anyone want to go in with me on one?

would love to go in on one with you if i could seeing as i am a college student as well. just two problems. 1) ive got pets-2 cats and 2) im transfering to uvi next fall so i wont be moving down there until late july or the first week of august. sorry man

I love cats, so that part wouldn't be a problem. It's just the timing that would be an issue.

...have you looked at the posting for roommaes wanted by NugBlazer (i think thats the right person) its a pretty good deal but available sooner than i can make it down there
