I'm moving to St. Thomas in August. I'm looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment near the Sugar Bay resort. Willing to travel to St. Thomas prior to August to secure my lease. Looking for 6 month to one year lease.

I have a studio available in June at Regatta Point. This is a gated community near Bolongo Bay. It has 3 pools, a tennis court and parking. If you are interested I can send you pictures. My phone number is 252-258-8593.

I am located next to Bolongo Bay. It isn't anymore than a 10 minute drive. I just added a few updates. I can email you pictures. I can be reached at 252-258-8593.

I have a studio on Red Hook Mountain available approximately August 1. Fabulous location, great view and just a couple of miles from Sugar Bay. Four to six months at $1200 per month, plus utilities. I haven't updated my website in a while, but you can check it out at : virginislandsrentals.com.

The current tenant is moving about July 15. I "unfurnished" it for her because she had her own stuff, but I plan to re-furnish.

Will you have a car? You could probably get by without one, just catch rides or taxis for 6 months. Like I said, it's not far, but unfortunately, the "buses" run in the opposite direction. They make a loop in one direction, so you would need to ride "away" from Sugar Bay in order to get there. Still not bad, even making the loop, and you would need to change buses half-way through. But, you CAN do it without a car. A lot of places on island, you can't. There's no bus service at all.

You can PM me, or get my email and phone number from the website.

Thanks,
Juanita
