Good afternoon! My boyfriend and myself will be on island September 24th and looking for a rental in the $700-$1000/month range with utilities included. My boyfriend is VERY construction/remodel knowledgeable so we would definitely trade fix-up work for reduced rent. Please PM with any info. Thanks 🙂

EVERYONE WANTS REDUCED RENT FOR LABOR. SELDOM DOES THIS HAPPEN. FIGURE ON 1300 A MONTH PLUS UTILITIES FOR RENT. THIS WEB HAS A TON OF MOVING INFORMATION ON IT. YOU JUST NEED TO LOOK AT IT!

SO IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE A PRE MOVE VISIT TO LINE LITTLE THINGS UP LIKE A JOB, LODGING, TRANSPORTATION THEN GET READY TO WORK AT DUFFIES OR SOME OTHER PLACE LIKE THAT.

I have a fully furnished one bedroom waterfront condo near Red Hook coming available in September. It's recently updated, including brand new split A/C and windows. The rent is $1400/mo + utilities, which, as bild said above, is pretty standard.

You can see photos at www.STTHOMASCONDO.yolasite.com.

Will PM with more details.

I figured it was a long shot, but thought I would put a message out there anyway. I have done alot of research thank you very much. Don't appreciate your bold, attacking words!

they about what you to think about what you are asking for. 900 is not realistic with utilites. Electric is about 50 - 80 a month. Water is about 30 - 60 a month. Let alone cable and if you want internet then it would be more.

There are places you can rent for 900 a month. But they may not be in places you want to be.

I have a beautiful one bedroom for 1300 a month plus utilities. I did not mention it because of you low starting point.

if you are interested PM me.

If not good luck!

I am a realtor and have a studio for rent for $800/month including electric. Great view and deck but a small place.
