Hello there folks. I am trying to keep up to date with both agency and non agency listings or availability for people in terms of rentals. Right now I know of:
Cotton Valley: 3 Bedroom 2 bath home. Wrap around porch. Very large and landscaped yard. Inside, ceiling fans throughout, lots of closet space, newly refinished hardwood floors, great kitchen plan, washer/dryer, open floor plan great room, master with walk in closet, privatebath. Just lovely. $2,500/month plus utilities.
Carambola: Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in a gated community. Washer, dryer, furnished. No pets or pick up trucks. Gallery with great pastoral view. $2,000/mo + utils.
Cotton Valley: Guest house, 2 bedroom, washer/dryer, concierge services (may be used for short-term rentals and/or vacations of 5 days or more), kitchen LR combo, covered patio. Lovely landscaping. $160/day, $1,000/week, $3,800 per month. Stays of longer than one month must be approved.
I hope this is helpful for some people. The PMV apartments in my home are booked through until (1 bedroom) March, 09; Studio, January, '09.

Hello there folks! I just came across two more houses that will be open as of June 1, 08. They are part of a large estate in Southgate (before Cheeseburgers heading East from Christiansted).
There is also a townhouse, very reasonably priced in Good Hope (near the school). 2 Bedroom, 1 bath and partially furnished all for $850 per month.

Hello there again good people!
Another property just became available. It is a condominium at Granada Del Mar, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool, waterfront. It comes fully furnished and is in wonderful condition. The rent is $1,600 per month, no pets, one month security.
