New rental until Dec.

Hello there again good people. Being affiliated with Calabash R.E. is great as I keep hearing about rentals that might be able to accomodate someone.

There still is the property/home at Southgate w/ large 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It is available now, has A/C, washer/dryer and pets are welcome. $1,100/month.

The new property/lease I heard of today is at Coral Princess, directly on the water. I have spent time there are there truly is the sound of crashing waves all day and night. Lovely. It is a great unit, well appointed, facing pool and landscaped grounds. It is meant for a single or couple, avail. until December, and is $1,200 per month plus expenses.

The last thing I just heard of is a place a Judith's Fancy. It is a large 1 bedroom, LR/Dining/Kitchen combo with a private pool. $1,900 per month plus + utils.

The apartments I have are now booked as far as I know straight through until '09. If there is a cancellation, I will re-post to let you know (that is for the efficiency and 1 bedroom near Christiansted).
