Hello everyone, duty calls and i have to leave for the summer, I have a real nice studio on solberg, beautiful deck, beautiful view, modern, spacious, completely furnished.
Available for the remainder of a years lease. approx 6 months
All utilities included (water, electric)
Nice breezes, no need for A.C. ample parking, minutes from town, considered to be north side.
Monthly rent is 850. and you will need 850. security
Available as early as June 1st

For those that have contacted me i will be going to the island trader next week to list, when comparing, remember, this has all utilities included and no need for A.C.
