Please, please, please tell me that you are on St. Croix!
We are relocating to St. Croix in 6 weeks and I need a place to live. I am renting out my house in DC and am going to be a long term renter in STX until the market here changes a bit. My family includes a lovely 7 year-old daughter and a six-year old scottish terrier. The scottie, Lala, (in homage to Fala) doesn't shed, bathes regularly and is very well trained.
Frankly, there should be a deposit required for Sheela, my daughter, who- while also well behaved- is much more likely to damage something than the dog, who is content to sit around and watch the child while listening to the radio all day.

Perhaps you know of a prospective tenant who is willing to share/sub-lease one of the three bedrooms. If so, I would be interested for a term of 10-18 months, depending on my final course schedule.
