Everyone's dream is to live in a little cottage (or condo) on the ocean on an island. Well here it is! Nicely done 2 bedroom 2 bath in a small private condo property with pool and community laundry. The unit has a patio and 1st floor location. Included are range, refrigerator, microwave, 3 ceiling fans, and storm shutters. Fully furnished. Direct ocean front, a sandy beach, and the short distance to two restaurants and bars make this condo a gorgeous home. The unit is the least expensive in the Cruzan Princess. Sorry, no pets.
