The villa consists of a studio suite, one bedroom suite, two bedroom suite, and owners’ quarters. All rooms have a fantastic sea view. Guests all have a private balcony from which to enjoy the scenery and breezes, a hot tub, Tiki bar, and pool, in addition to access to the beach and ocean right in front of the villa.
Bookings here are consistent, and if owners operate the business themselves, they could enjoy a comfortable living. The possibilities are endless; a bed & breakfast, continuing to run it like it is currently being run; convert it to a SINGLE FAMILY HOME; create a dive/hotel operation.
