I'd take it if it were $600 or $650! Prices are high this year for all rentals - even though it's off season - HURRICANE SEASON - and no big Hovensa turnover (not that that would affect STT) but still - all rentals are higher than last summer. And I am looking,

Sorry, no can do.
If only the costs of services and maintenance on housing would go down. ...But alas, they remain the same and even rise....

And don't forget supplies, WAPA, the $65,000 swimming pool we call a cistern, sewer & septic pump out & maint. & especially insurance!
And as a reminder if you are using Marian Mathes & Associates (now first Insurance) or ANY insurance that uses Crawford VI for it's claims adjusting, you will pay at least 2.75% of the property rate each year, but you'll never, never collect on a valid claim!
