This is a very large one bedroom apartment with a guest bedroom or office. The LR and master bedroom are 16 x 16. It has a full kitchen as well as a screened in porch in a private home. The home is in a gated community and the apartment is also gated.
The home also has a pool and a laundry. You can walk to the safari bus or walk to Sapphire Beach. There is flat parking.
This home has fantastic views of St. John and the BVI and is very quiet and does not have the noise of Red Hook or other areas.
It comes with wireless internet and cable TV. Ac in bedroom and living room.
It is furnished.
You will need one month rent (first) and one month (last) and one month security.
