Off street parking for two cars. Property is located on a third of an acre and really only one neighbor. Property features cable, high speed internet and washer and dryer. Apartment is partially furnished with TV & DVD player, dressers, bed, small table and chairs and couch. One or two cats allowed with a $200 additonal non-refundable pet deposit, sorry no dogs. Deposit to be first months, last months rent and one month security deposit. Month to month or year lease available. Tenant repsonible for electric, cable and internet.
