Fully furnished one bedroom apartment, mid-island, 10 minutes from Christiansted or hospital. Quiet, safe and secure apartment located inside gated community of ST C condos.
Pool and laundry facilities available. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, small appliances, kitchen utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans, linens, towels,etc. Bedroom has energy efficient split air conditioner, queen sized bed and closet. Perfect for single person or couple. Utilities NOT included,(unit has own electric meter and cistern water, however, if water delivery is required, tenant responsible). Basic cable TV, however, DISH available for additional $25 monthly charge. Can provide pictures upon request. Asking $850.00 per mo, plus one month security, short or long term preferred.
